Die Oberseite ist graubraun, der Unterbauch und die Unterfl\u00fcgel sind cremefarben. Schneller Schlagflug, der von kurzen Gleitfl\u00fcgen unterbrochen wird. Fliegt meist sehr dicht \u00fcber der Wasseroberfl\u00e4che. Der Vogel ist <strong>eine endemische Art der Balearen<\/strong> und br\u00fctet nur auf diesen Inseln.
