Conservation Policy

Therefore, the organization of TURMARES, has developed a policy applicable to all services and products, in which all the business principles that will guide, hereafter, all actions that it develops, implying collected both Top Management and the other workers who compose it. Accordingly, the Directorate of TURMARES, is committed to:

  • Meet and respect both the law (general, navigation and maritime safety and environmental) applicable to its activities , as well as other regulatory requirements that are not on a voluntary basis (recommendations of the sector, government agencies, etc...).
  • Ask periodically goals and targets and environmental quality, that are consistent with this policy , measurable and can be made depending on the circumstances and technical and financial capabilities of the company in order to continuously improve the quality of service and environmental performance.
  • Adopt all necessary measures to prevent and minimize pollution and adverse environmental effects that may result from the activities, encouraging proper waste management, rational use of natural resources and other forms of energy and preventing damage to the marine fauna and flora.
  • Train and train each employee in the management of Quality and Environmental Management, identifying training needs and developing competence and personalized training plans to ensure and progressively improve their professional competence in relation to the functions performed in the organization.
  • Reduce, wherever practicable, the costs of non quality through optimal planning of services and processes developed.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with customers and suppliers, analyzing satisfaction first and fostering communication with the latter to achieve mutual benefit.
  • Make available to employees, customers, suppliers and the general public this policy in order to arrange responsibilities for improving competitiveness and quality in maritime tourism, and in relation to the protection of environment.
  • Implement and maintain a sustained manner over time an Integrated Quality Management System based on the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000 and EN ISO 14001:2004 as well as self certifications and compliances applied.
