PROTOCOLO DE SEGURIDAD - COVID-19

Turmares Tarifa ha desarrollado este protocolo de seguridad para actuar contra la enfermedad conocida cómo Covid-19, provocada por el coronavirus SARS-CoV-2. Para realizarlo, nos hemos basado en las directrices y recomendaciones específicas para Turismo Activo y Ecoturismo, publicadas por el Instituto para la Calidad Turística Española (ICTE) del Ministerio de Industria, Comercio y Turismo del Gobierno de España.

Establecemos este protocolo para que la reapertura de nuestra actividad no aumente el riesgo de contagio comunitario, utilizando las medidas de protección necesarias para nuestros trabajadores, colaboradores, proveedores y clientes. Se han identificado y analizado los riesgos en el desarrollo de nuestras actividades y se han implementado mejoras prácticas en nuestros servicios.

La entrada en funcionamiento de los diferentes servicios de la empresa se realizará conforme al calendario publicado por las autoridades competentes, atendiendo a todas las modificaciones que se vayan haciendo.

Las condiciones de servicio y medidas de prevención de higiene quedan expuestas en este documento.

GESTIÓN DEL RIESGO

Nuestra empresa asume un compromiso firme con la gestión del riesgo, implementando las medidas concretas adoptadas para reducir el posible contagio por el virus . Se cumplirá en todos los procesos llevados a cabo por Turmares Tarifa, desde la reserva de la actividad hasta la finalización de la misma, para preservar así la salud empresa-cliente.

La empresa adopta el presente protocolo y exige a sus proveedores (actividades, alojamientos, restaurantes y transportes) que dispongan de sus propios protocolos para preservar la salud en toda la cadena de trabajo. Asimismo, es necesario que los clientes colaboren y sigan estos protocolos. La NO aceptación de los procedimientos supondría la interrupción del derecho a recibir el servicio.

Si el cliente presenta o ha presentado síntomas compatibles con la infección por el virus o ha estado en contacto con una persona con COVID-19 en los 14 días previos a la realización de la excursión , deberá suspender la actividad.

PROCESO DE COMPRA Y RESERVA

El proceso de compra y atención al cliente, se llevará a cabo de manera telemática a través de la web y correo electrónico o de forma telefónica. La realización del pago del servicio se hará preferentemente de manera electrónica, ya sea por tarjeta bancaria o a través de la plataforma PayPal.

Previo a la actividad, se solicitará al cliente la aceptación de la Declaración de Conformidad, que también incluye el Protocolo de Seguridad aquí descrito. Aquellas personas con condiciones o patologías que los hacen más susceptibles a contraer el virus tales cómo embarazadas o personas que padezcan o hayan padecido recientemente enfermedades que comprometan su salud, deberán avisar con anterioridad al personal de Turmares Tarifa, con el fin de maximizar las medidas de seguridad para estos pasajeros.

Si se realiza una actividad sin reserva previa, hay que informar al cliente de estas condiciones a la llegada al punto de encuentro, y admitir sólo si se está en disposición de cumplir el protocolo.

Al realizar la reserva, el cliente se compromete a aceptar las indicaciones de los trabajadores de la empresa y todas las medidas comunicadas para el correcto desarrollo de la actividad y de acuerdo con el Protocolo de seguridad para la realización de actividades destinado a evitar el contagio por el virus . En caso de NO aceptación de las mismas, la empresa se reserva el derecho de admisión.

DESPLAZAMIENTO AL LUGAR DE LA ACTIVIDAD

Se recomendará que los desplazamientos hasta el punto de inicio de la actividad se hagan en vehículo propio o transporte público, aplicando las recomendaciones y normativas de las autoridades competentes.

DESARROLLO DE LA ACTIVIDAD

• La actividad se realizará en embarcaciones ventiladas o al aire libre, siguiendo la normativa vigente.
• El número de pasajeros por barco será acotado en base a las indicaciones facilitadas por el organismo competente.
• Durante la travesía, todos los pasajeros deben seguir las medidas de seguridad e higiene indicadas por la tripulación.

Al inicio de la actividad

• El punto de encuentro de la actividad es la oficina principal de Turmares Tarifa, localizada en la Avenida Alcalde Juan Núñez 3 de Tarifa. Los pasajeros deben presentarse 40 minutos antes del inicio de la actividad, para poder iniciar el proceso de embarque siguiendo las normas de seguridad establecidas.
• 20 minutos antes de hora indicada de partida, se iniciará el trayecto hacia la embarcación. La NO presentación en oficina dentro de la franja de tiempo establecida puede conllevar la denegación de embarque.
• Durante el proceso de embarque, los pasajeros deben mantener entre ellos la distancia de seguridad de 2 metros a espera de las instrucciones del guía y/o la tripulación. En este momento, se repasará el itinerario, se recordarán las normas, y tanto guías como clientes deberán llevar mascarilla.
• Se evitará el saludo con contacto físico.
• Los guías utilizarán material interpretativo plastificado a lo largo del itinerario, que se desinfectará al inicio y al final de la actividad.
• Antes de comenzar la actividad guías y clientes se lavarán las manos con gel hidro-alcohólico, y se repetirá esta acción cada vez que se toque algún equipamiento, o después de toser o estornudar.

Desarrollo de la actividad

• Una vez a bordo, el guía y/o la tripulación realizarán la presentación de la actividad que se va a llevar a bordo y las normas de higiene y de seguridad establecidas, que deberán ser aplicadas durante toda la travesía, desde la salida de puerto hasta la llegada al mismo.
• Se respetará la distancia de seguridad de 2 metros, siguiendo las recomendaciones de los expertos en salud y epidemiología.
• El uso de mascarilla será obligatorio durante toda la actividad, tanto por el guía y tripulación como por el pasaje.
• Se evitará tocarse los ojos, la nariz y la boca.
• El guía llevará a disposición de los clientes gel hidro-alcohólico desinfectante. Es recomendable utilizarlo con frecuencia.
• Se debe tirar cualquier desperdicio de higiene personal de forma inmediata en papeleras, bolsas o contenedores habilitados para tal efecto.

Después de la actividad

• Se evitará el contacto personal en las despedidas.
• La empresa llevará a cabo un plan de limpieza y desinfección de todo el material empleado a lo largo de la actividad. Los productos de limpieza utilizados están autorizados y registrados por el Ministerio de Sanidad.

Otras actuaciones

• Se complementará el botiquín con un termómetro, que llevará el guía en todo momento.
• Se llevará solución desinfectante a las actividades, tanto para la limpieza de las manos como para la desinfección del material.

ACTUACIONES EN CASO DE SINTOMATOLOGÍA COMPATIBLE CON COVID-19

• En caso de que el personal o algún cliente tuvieran síntomas compatibles con la enfermedad, el cliente lo comunicará de inmediato al guía. Los síntomas más comunes son: fiebre, fatiga, tos seca entre otros.
• Siguiendo las directrices de las autoridades sanitarias, se llamará al 112 si se observan estos síntomas y se seguirán instrucciones.
• La empresa procederá a adoptar las medidas oportunas para proteger el resto de los participantes aplicando un protocolo de actuación para las personas que han tenido contacto y aumentando las distancias y medidas de prevención.

Turmares Tarifa , incorpora a su modelo de Consentimiento Informado para participar en una actividad, todas las medidas aquí indicadas, resultando la Declaración de conformidad del cliente, que se aceptará con anterioridad a la actividad. La aceptación de esta declaración será necesaria para poder finalizar el proceso de compra y reserva, entendiéndose que el cliente está conforme con la información reflejada en este documento y se compromete a respetarla antes, durante y al finalizar la actividad.

Con este documento, la empresa Turmares Tarifa , informa a todos los actores (trabajadores, colaboradores y clientes) de las medidas de prevención establecidos en el Protocolo de Seguridad contra el coronavirus responsable del Covid-19.

SECURITY PROTOCOL FOR COVID-19
WHALE WATCHING TRIPS

Due to the international health crisis caused by the break of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, TURMARES TARIFA, has developed this Security Protocol to act against the virus that causes COVID-19.

The following document has been based on the specific guidelines and recommendations for Active Tourism and Ecotourism, published by the Institute for Spanish Tourist Quality (ICTE) of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism.

This protocol will be established so that the reopening of our activity does not increase the risk of community contagion, using the necessary protection measures for our workers, suppliers and clients.

The risks in the development of our activities have been identified and analyzed and best practices have been implemented in our service and personnel.

The entry into operation of the different services of the company will be carried out according to the calendar published by the Government of Spain or according to any modifications that may be made in the future.

The service conditions and hygiene prevention measures are exposed in this document.

Our company assumes a firm commitment to risk management, implementing concrete measures adopted to reduce the risk of infection of the virus.

It will be undertaken in all the processes carried out with TURMARES TARIFA, from the booking of the activity until the end of it, in order to safeguard the health of the company-client.

The company adopts this protocol and requires its suppliers to have their own in order to safeguard the work chain.

It is also necessary for clients to collaborate and assume these protocols. The non-acceptance of the procedures will suppose the interruption of the service.

Customers should be informed that they should defer their trip if they have symptoms compatible with COVID 19 or if they have been in contact with a person with COVID 19 or with symptoms suggestive of COVID 19 in the 14 days prior to their planned trip.

BOOKING

• The process of booking as well as customer service will be carried out by phone and online through Turmares Tarifa webpage. Payment will be made preferably online, either by credit card or PayPal.
• Before the reservation, the client will be asked to accept the Declaration of Conformity, which includes the Security Protocol developed here, that must be followed before and after the trip. The non-acceptance of the procedures will suppose the interruption of the service.
• Those customers who are more vulnerable to Covid-19 such as pregnant women or any person who have or recently have had medical conditions that made them more susceptible to contract Covid-19, must inform Turmares Tarifa staff in order to maximize their protection.
• If working without reservation, the client must be informed of these conditions upon arrival at the meeting point.

DISPLACEMENT TO THE PLACE OF THE ACTIVITY

• It will be recommended that trips to the starting point of the activity will be made by public transport or in your own vehicle, applying the recommendations or regulations of the Spanish Government.
• In case of using a private transport provider, the company would request from it the guarantees of the applicable protocol to guarantee protection against the coronavirus.
• Customers must arrive with their own face masks. Hydro-alcoholic hand gel will be available before and during the trip.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE ACTIVITY

TURMARES TARIFA, performs its whale watching trips on open vessels, following the rules established by the competent authorities.

We will limit the number of participants based on the indications given by the Spanish Government.

For your safety, please follow in detail all the instructions and recommendations that we will give you during your experience with us.

In order to carry out our activity it is necessary that you come with your own face masks and use them properly during the tour. The company will provide you with disinfectant gel at all times.

At the beginning of the activity:

• The meeting point will be the main office of Turmares Tarifa, located in Avenida Alcalde Juan Núñez 3 in Tarifa. Passengers must show up 40 minutes before the start of the activity, in order to board following the established safety regulations.
• Boarding will take place 20 minutes before the time indicated on the boarding pass. Failure to appear in office within the established time frame may lead to denied boarding.
• During the boarding process, passengers must maintain a safety distance of 2 meters between them pending the instructions of the guide and / or the crew. At this time, the itinerary will be reviewed, the rules will be remembered, and both guides and clients must wear a mask.
• Greeting with physical contact will be avoided.
• Before starting the activity, all hands will be washed with hydroalcoholic gel and this action will be repeated every time any equipment is touched or after coughing or sneezing.

During the activity:

• Once on board, the guide and/or trip will give a brief presentation of the activity and the health measures and security protocols that must be followed during the trip, from the departing upon the arrival to the harbor.
• Guides will use plasticized information that will be disinfected at the beginning and the end of the trip.
• The safety distance of 2 meters will be respected during the activity, although it may be increased, following recommendations from experts in health and epidemiology.
• Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth.
• Every time any equipment is touched or after coughing or sneezing, the washing action will be repeated
• The guide will provide customers with hydro-alcoholic gel or disinfecting gel-soap. It is recommended to use it frequently.
• Any personal hygiene waste must be thrown immediately into the litter bins, bags or containers.

After the activity:

• Avoid personal contact at farewells.
• The company will carry out a cleaning and disinfection plan for all the materials used, the boats and the office during the cleaning period. The cleaning products used are authorized and registered by the Ministry of Health.

OTHER ACTIONS

All first ait kits will be completed with a infrared thermometer.

Disinfectant solution will be carried in activities for both hand cleaning and material disinfection.

ACTION IN CASE OF SYMPTOMATOLOGY COMPATIBLE WITH COVID-19

In the event that the staff or a client begins to have symptoms compatible with the disease, it will be communicated immediately. We remember that the most common symptoms are: fever, fatigue, dry cough and dyspnea, among others.

Following the guidelines of the health authorities, 112 will be called if these symptoms are observed and instructions will be followed.

TURMARES TARIFA will proceed to adopt the appropriate measures to safeguard the rest of the participants by applying a protocol of action for people who have had contact and increasing distances and preventive measures.

TURMARES TARIFA , incorporates into its Informed Consent model to participate in an activity, all the measures indicated here, resulting in the Client’s Declaration of conformity, which will be ACCEPTED prior to the activity. The customer must accept the conditions to be met to attend the activity reflected in this declaration in order to complete the booking process. By accepting the terms and conditions, the customer agrees to follow the instructions and security rules given by Turmares Tarifa staff before, during and at the end of the trip.

With this document, the company TURMARES TARIFA , informs all actors (employees, suppliers and customers) of the preventive measures established in the Security Protocol against COVID-19.
